Kevin Lusignan is the parent of five children, two of which have intellectual disabilities. Kevin has had a long-standing involvement with BACI as a member, as president, as an advocate, in contracted positions, and now as the Senior Manager of Social and Economic Inclusion overseeing Community Options, Employment and our Social Enterprises.
Over the years, Kevin has been involved in numerous disability-related initiatives and currently volunteers as a Board Director with the Family Support Institute of British Columbia. Kevin recently completed a Master of Arts Program in Conflict Analysis and Management with a concentration in Organizational Conflict at Royal Roads University. The topic of his research was on inclusion and organizational change. Kevin is also a mediator, trainer and strategic planner who is interested in what makes organizations tick. In his spare time, Kevin is also a sailor who enjoys a love/hate relationship with a 30′ Sloop.
