by admin | January 3, 2012 7:57 pm

Well-being in this area involves maintaining a balance between work life and personal life. It also involves bringing skills, values and interests to the work environment in an effort to heighten job satisfaction. Overall, the goal is to find enrichment and personal satisfaction in life through work. Part of occupational wellness involves having a work environment that is safe, supportive and contributes to a person’s feelings of worth.
